Located on a 20,400 m² plot in the heart of Dubai’s DIFC, Burj Daman is a AED 1.6 billion mixed-use development. Featuring 5-star hotel, 274 luxury apartments, and 63,100 m² of premium Grade A office space. Hotel offers 251 rooms. The 15-storey office tower features column-free floors of approximately 4,650 m² each. The complex provides 2,360 parking spaces, including an automated stacking system for 876 vehicles to ensure quick and efficient parking.

Visionarx brings forward the expertise gained from leading the construction of the hotel tower at Burj Daman, a landmark mixed-use development in Dubai’s DIFC. The project included the delivery of the 5-star hotel, with 251 luxury rooms, fine dining venues, a rooftop spa, and a business centre.
